ABC of Access and Equity

Outline

This half day training workshop introduces participants to the ideas and principles of access and equity and how those ideas and principles can impact on their everyday work and make their work more inclusive and responsive to the needs of a culturally diverse community.

Learning Outcomes

Training Participants will be able to:

• Understand the principles of access and equity
• Implement those principles in their day to day work practices

Target group

Anyone in the community services sector who wants to respond creatively to the culturally diverse community and meet its needs
