Outline
Productive Diversity and Diversity Management are two of the buzz words of management-speak, with mainly American businesses (and increasingly Australian businesses) reporting significant financial and organisational gains through their capacity to harness the diversity of their workforce and the market to their benefit. The equivalent gains for the community services and public service sectors are increased equity of access and increased social justice. This course will offer participants the skills and knowledge to manage the diversity of their services and to use the skills and knowledge of a culturally diverse workforce and consumers to benefit their service.Target group
