Do you have troubles when using services or buying stuff from, any private or public company?
Do you know where to go and what to do to be heard and get a solution?
Date: Tuesday 5 August 2008
Time: 9:30am-2pm
Where: Granville Youth and Community Recreation Centre, 3a Memorial Drive, Granville
(A five minute walk from Granville Railway Station)

Come and join in two workshops:
Consumer's Rights and Communicating with Services and Enquiries
and share your views and experiences with the guests speakers.
